Vivek Thomas - Managing Director, Indonesia

Vivek heads the Indonesian office, the fastest growing market research company in Indonesia.

With a degree in computer engineering and a MBA degree from one of India’s top B-Schools, Vivek has over eight years’ of marketing and research experience in Indonesia, Singapore and India.

Vivek leads a dynamic team, passionate about delivering outstanding insights that give clients clear and precise marketing actionables. He believes in consistently exceeding clients’ expectations.

Aurelia Leopold - Associate Director

Aurelia’s responsibilities include strengthening the Quantitative insight offering with a focus on FMCG.

Holding both a degree from EDHEC, a Top 5 French Business school, and an MBA from University of Notre Dame (Indiana, USA), Aurelia has worked in France, Taiwan, China and Indonesia bringing over 10 years’ Market Research experience to Kadence.

Aurelia is passionate about understanding consumer behaviour and needs, as well as uncovering new opportunities for her clients. She believes in constantly challenging herself to unearth insights and enjoys creating new ways to tackle complex business issues.

Riana Siregar - Research Manager

Riana is a lead qualitative researcher and works as part of the Indonesia office’s Qualitative Insight team.

Riana is a Qualitative specialist with a degree in management.  She spent 2 years in brand management before she found her calling in marketing research.

Riana has a natural ability to connect to consumers from different walks of life. She is passionate about bringing consumers alive to marketers enabling them to make clear marketing decisions. She has over 6 years’ qualitative research experience spanning categories ranging from dairy, GUM, IFFO and baby food, beer, cigarettes, telecom, personal care, white goods and confectionary.

Satria Wira Wibawa (Bowo) - Senior Research Executive

Bowo works within our Quantitative Insight team and manages our FMCG and B2B clients. 

Bowo is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and outstanding reports.  He has over 4 years’ experience handling multi-city projects across Indonesia and has managed over 100 projects across categories such as food and drink, banking, healthcare, media research and telecommunication.

Sulistomo Adie Suwarno - Research Executive

Adie is part of Kadence Indonesia’s Healthcare team and is our lead researcher for healthcare clients.

Adie graduated with a Mathematics degree from the University of Indonesia, one of the highest ranking universities in Indonesia.  

Adie is passionate about making Kadence the preferred agency among healthcare clients. With over 4 years experience in marketing and research, Adie handles healthcare trackers, usage and attitude (U&A) studies and is the product champion of the KRIS (Kadence Rep Index score) methodology.
