Simon Everard - Global Chairman

Simon is the founder of Kadence International and is responsible for the ongoing expansion and integration of all our offices. 

Born in Kenya, educated at Marlborough College and with a degree in Management Science, Simon started his research career in the US, then Australia, before opening up Kadence UK in 1992.

Simon’s passion is building teams and providing the support required for people to deliver on their potential. He does this by supporting each country head, along with blue chip global clients, ensuring success in whatever venture he is involved in.

Kieron Mathews - Managing Director , UK

Kieron heads up the London office and ensures that the work and innovation there continues to inspire clients and colleagues alike.

He is a graduate of one of Europe's top business schools where he specialised in marketing and branding and is one of the research industry's "Top 50" professionals as listed by the Market Research Society.

Kieron is passionate about Market Research & Insight – believing that if done properly it can truly inspire.  Kieron is also passionate about building a dynamic team of like-minded researchers who enjoy the challenge and have fun along the way.

Marie Laver - Insight Director

Marie is part of the insight team and ensures that we uncover the truth behind the data presenting it in a way that excites and inspires Kadence’s clients across the globe.

Marie’s arrival in 2009 added to Kadence’s team members in the research industry’s ‘Top 50’ professionals by the Market Research Society.  She is also a previous winner of the Market Research Society Conference Best Newcomer Award (2006) and has published work in both AdMap and WARC.

Marie is a firm believer in delivering relevant, meaningful stories that are immediately accessible and engaging - insights that get straight to the heart of the matter every time.

Simon Braier - Qualitative Insight Director

Simon heads up the London qualitative department.

Simon has ten years’ qualitative experience across a range of sectors for many blue-chip clients – both nationally and internationally. Simon believes creativity can only flourish if it is channelled and focused. He is continually striving to develop processes and codify techniques that are designed to get under the skin of consumers true feelings.

Simon has a passion for understanding how brands work. He is committed to finding penetrative truths; seeking the answers that have alluded others.

Vincent Golding - Account Director

By listening to their needs, Vincent is responsible for helping clients and new contacts benefit from the great breadth and depth of expertise that the Kadence team has to offer. 

Over the past fifteen years, he has worked with consumer and business markets across many industry sectors, using a wide range of research approaches, from creative exploration to advanced analytics – always delivering commercial value.  To optimise overall business performance for clients he assists in developing and fine-tuning customer experiences.  This involves helping marketing teams to gain greater influence with operations, finance, sales teams and the Board. 

Born in Singapore, Vincent returned to live in Cornwall before reading psychology at the University of Bristol.  Since then he has been inspired to “make measureable what cannot be measured”.

Rachel Lewington - Healthcare Insight Account Director

Rachel is our global lead on Healthcare, bringing Kadence’s inspiring approach to Healthcare clients.

With 15 years’ expertise in global healthcare research and consultancy, Rachel joined Kadence in May 2009.  Rachel has spoken at international conferences on bringing innovative qualitative techniques to the healthcare industry and is a particular expert in neurology, cardiology and the medical device market.

Rachel cares passionately about working with clients to bring about positive change, whether in developing a new product and launching it, optimising commercial success or trouble shooting for brands that need a little help.

Paul Donnelly - Global Fieldwork Services Director

Ensuring quality deliverables from across the globe and the best possible service for Kadence’s fieldwork clients is what Paul really enjoys.

Paul graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University and has 15 years’ market research experience.  All of his time in the industry has been spent working in the field of global data collection. He joined Kadence in April 2002 and is now responsible for all International and UK Data Collection work, CATI and Online.

Paul enjoys the cut and thrust of working in a global data collection environment and has expertise across the Business-to-Business, Consumer and Healthcare sectors. Paul and his London based team, work with passion and diligence to co-ordinate most of Kadence’s global studies, working hand in hand with the Kadence family of offices in North America and across Asia.

Cedric Benoit - Fieldwork Services Director

Cedric is responsible for global data collection services and ensures each project meets client objectives, budget and is delivered on time.

Cedric joined Kadence in April 2009 and has over 10 years experience in the market research industry covering the whole range of qualitative and quantitative international and domestic fieldwork. He has an MA in diplomacy and international economy from the University of Paris Sceaux and a degree in International Business Studies from University Paris 13. 

Cedric is passionate about data collection and believes direct and pro-active communication between the project team and researcher is fundamental to a successful fieldwork execution.
