Owen Jenkins - CEO, North America

Owen leads the North American office in its pursuit of information that offers Insight into business buying decisions.

His fifteen years’ in research coupled with eight in advertising means that Owen is particularly interested in the role of brands in business decisions - decisions that are often thought of as purely rational processes.

Susan Crohan - Insight Director

Susan is part of the US Insight team and is responsible for uncovering insights and inspirations through qualitative and quantitative market analyses.

Susan joined Kadence in October 2009. She has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan and has 12 years’ of market research experience in diverse sectors.

Susan brings a range of experiences and skills to Kadence, particularly in qualitative research techniques, B2C research and media.  She is passionate about conducting insightful research and translating findings into actionable results.

Donna Lacourse - Insight Director

Donna is part of the US Insight team and works closely with clients on projects that inspire actionable results. 

Donna joined Kadence in March 2005 and has over 10 years’ market research experience.  She received her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Brown University in 1997 and currently holds a Professional Research Certification (PRC) at the Research Expert level with the Market Research Association (MRA).  

Donna is passionate about market research and enjoys the excitement of being part of Kadence’s dynamic team.  She is inspired by the challenge of developing projects that will meet her clients’ needs and provide straight-forward, actionable information.

Lynn Burke - VP, Fieldwork Services

Lynn’s focus is on the quality of clients’ experience with Kadence.  She and her team have raised the bar on providing superior client communication, quality control and customer satisfaction.

Joining Kadence in May 2001, Lynn left behind a background in executive search and placement. That experience set the foundation for a solid understanding of customer service and relationship building.  After over eight years at Kadence, Lynn continues to exceed client expectations, and has built lasting relationships based on clients trusting her to do what is best for them and their projects.  The Client Services team motto is, ‘Take away client headaches, and deliver data with no drama’.  

As a trained Dale Carnegie Instructor, Landmark Forum participant, Stephen’s Minister, and adult mentor to high school students, it is clear Lynn’s passion in life is to help others.  This is reflected daily through her actions, and those of her Client Services team, ensuring the Kadence / Client experience is painless.
