What you will be doing

 As a Qualitative Junior Researcher at Kadence International (Indonesia), you will be responsible for:

  • Handling end-to-end qualitative research projects from proposal to report findings
  • Observing and maintaining project achievement progress and communication with the supporting team
  • Assisting senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensuring the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications
  • Maintaining good communication with clients regarding proposals, qualitative data collection, reports, etc.
  • Managing and handling all administrative tasks 

What we are looking for

To be our Qualitative Junior Researcher, you are required to:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major (Natural sciences are preferable)
  • Fresh graduate or have less than one year of working experience
  • Familiar with qualitative research methodologies, knowledge, and techniques
  • Have exceptional analytical and logical abilities
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
